Project Overview

Sub work delivered to Woodhull, one of New England's premier high-end custom builders, on a New Castle home. Envy provided the foundation excavation and the underground utility installation — the two parts of a custom build where precision sets the tone for everything that follows.

Foundation work was excavated to engineered specs with frost wall depths, properly compacted base, and clean, square footings. Utility scope included water, sewer, and electrical service lines coordinated with the site plan and the builder's schedule. Working as a sub for a high-end builder means the standard isn't "good enough" — it's tight tolerances, clean workmanship, and showing up on the day you said you would.
