A good lawn is built before a single seed goes down. We bring in clean screened topsoil, set the grade right, and leave you a smooth, level seedbed, so whatever you plant has a real shot at taking.

Our Approach

A Real Foundation for Your Lawn

Most lawn problems start with the grade. Before any topsoil goes down, we strip out rocks, debris, and the compacted fill left behind after construction, then shape the sub-base so water runs where it should. Skip that and you get uneven soil depth, the kind of patchy, low-spot lawn that no amount of seed will fix later.

From there we spread clean screened topsoil, a true four inches across the whole yard, built up in passes so the depth holds the same from one side to the other. A final grade and finish rake pitches the water away from the house and leaves a level seedbed, ready for hydroseed, seed, or sod. If you've got a landscaper or irrigation crew coming behind us, we'll coordinate the handoff so they can get right to work.

The right equipment for a clean finish: skid steers, harley rakes, and laser grading that gets the yard flat and true before a seed ever goes down.
