Maine's wet seasons and frozen springs are unforgiving. We grade for positive drainage in every direction that matters — away from foundations, off driveways, and into managed outflow points that won't erode or back up.

For complex sites, we work from engineered drainage plans and install French drains, catch basins, dry wells, and bioswales sized to the watershed. Erosion control is built in from day one — silt fence, hay bales, and stabilized matting where it counts.
