This project started with raw, undeveloped land and ended with a fully finished private camp property. Every step of the site work was Envy's: cutting the access road in, clearing the lot, excavating the foundation, prepping for the building, installing the septic, building retaining walls, and finishing the shoreline work.
A project at this scale only works when one crew owns the whole site. Roads have to be built before equipment can reach the foundation. Septic has to be sited around terrain, not the other way around. Shoreline and retaining walls have to handle Maine's freeze-thaw and runoff. We coordinated all of it end-to-end so the property could be transformed without the usual multi-contractor handoffs and gaps.
