Project Overview

Site work for the MacDonald Motors dealership renovation at 456 Portland Road in Bridgton — modernizing and expanding the customer and inventory parking lot. Commercial-grade base prep, grading, and drainage to handle daily dealership traffic and Maine winters.

Scope included demolition of existing surface, sub-base excavation, compacted Maine DOT-spec gravel lifts, drainage tie-ins, and a paver-ready base coordinated with the paving sub for the asphalt topcoat. The project enhanced both functionality and curb appeal for one of Bridgton's busiest dealerships.
