Project Overview

A 2-acre commercial development site in Scarborough required comprehensive site preparation before construction could begin. The project involved full land clearing, rough grading to establish proper drainage patterns, and installation of underground utility infrastructure including water, sewer, and stormwater management systems.

Our team coordinated closely with the civil engineer and general contractor to ensure all grading met design specifications and that utility installations were properly positioned for the planned retail buildings.
