Project Overview

This waterfront property in Falmouth required careful site preparation and precision foundation excavation for a 4,800 square foot custom home. Working closely with the builder and structural engineer, our team navigated challenging coastal soil conditions to deliver a foundation that met exacting specifications.

The scope included full site clearing, foundation excavation with frost wall footings, utility trenching for water, sewer, and electrical, drainage system installation, and finish grading. The project was completed on schedule, setting the stage for one of Falmouth's finest new residences.
